Hi. My name is Tina. I am the owner and a stylist here at Head Over Heels Salon.
Making people look and feel beautiful has always been my passion. I have been working behind the chair since 1996, a salon owner since 2005 and I truly still love what I do!
I am born and raised in Etown so having a salon in my hometown has been a blessing to be rooted in my community that I love!
If you are looking for a salon to treat you like family, we are here for you! I have beyond blessed with the best staff and we are truly a family of our own.
Of course, we would never be were we are without our amazing clients!

Hi! I’m Jen. I am part of our front desk team at Head Over Heels Salon. I’m here to take your call and get you scheduled for some much needed pampering. My goal is to make sure you have a positive, relaxing experience while you are here with us.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children and my large extended family. I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love animals and being outside in nature. I raise Monarch butterflies in the summer and enjoy gardening.

Carol Blanshine

Hi, My name is Carol Blanshine . I was born and raised here in the Elizabethtown area. I have been with Head Over Heels since 2005 when the salon was established . I have been licensed since 1989. I have had a passion for the hair industry since I was a little girl and love the work I do. I love the creativity it allows and the smiles it creates.
My career is not only offers me financial stability but I love the friends and relationships that I have made throughout the years. I am blessed to have a job I love and enjoy.
Out side of the salon I am a wife, a mother of 3, and a grandmother of 2 beautiful girls. My family is my heart.

Ayanna Krentz
Level 1
Ayanna is a 2020 graduate of Empire beauty school. Ayanna specializes in many different Braiding techniques and styles. Ayanna also loves doing everything color!! She has loved doing hair since a very young age. She always loves the feeling she gets just to make and individual feel comfortable in there own skin. For a limited time, We will be offering special pricing menus for some services with Ayanna during her time in our Associate Program. Emma Brown
Level 1 Stylist
Emma is a graduate of Empire Beauty School. She then worked through and graduated our Associate Program and is now ready the build her clientele. Emma is passionate about what she does and is eager to learn and grow. She is very talented and is a great listener. She love any Color, Balayage and everything in between.
No other salon can compare. I always leave feeling confident about my new look. The stylists are friendly and good people. I recommend Carol!
